a) Soft Skills Programs
These programs are designed to enable a smoother transition for students from the world of education to the corporate world. They cover the following areas:

• Business Etiquette and Personal Grooming
The program methodology consists of a mix of presentations, case studies, individual and group exercises, role-plays, games. An experiential learning approach is taken so that there is maximum retention for the participants from the program.
b) Motivational Programs
These programs are designed to empower students to think beyond their current capabilities and create possibilities for themselves and their careers beyond what their current thinking paradigm allows them to.
